\nAdditional handling and customs charges are not included in the shipping price. These expenses are applicable in non-EU countries and special areas such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, R\u00e9union, Andorra, etc. and will always be borne by the client. <\/p>\n
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?<\/p>\n
It is important to note that the day you place the order does not count as a working day if you place your order after 10 am.<\/p>\n
Please note that products must be customized and delivery times may vary.<\/p>\n
If the purchase is made during a period of high demand (special promotions, Black Friday, Christmas, etc…) orders may be delayed by a few days.<\/p>\n
Deliveries in the EU<\/p>\n
Lead times for Stock orders are approximately 10 to 15 days.<\/p>\n
Manufacturing orders require a longer process as they are not just customized on demand, but manufactured for you, allowing us to offer you a great price as it reduces our need for stock in the warehouse. The delivery time is 30 to 40 days. <\/p>\n
These times include production and customization, as well as transit time.<\/p>\n
Express delivery: production and express delivery can be realized. You must contact us to confirm whether it is possible to offer it for the destination and for the product you need. <\/p>\n
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?<\/p>\n
The price is calculated based on the GLS tariff. If you make a large purchase, you will benefit from a better rate because the rates do not increase with the size\/weight of the shipment. <\/p>\n
