Shipping costs and delivery times

We work at adjusted rates and therefore do not currently offer free delivery, except for occasional promotions.
We currently work with GLS for its reliability.
The website connects to GLS and calculates the fare based on the destination zip code.
Additional handling and customs charges are not included in the shipping price. These expenses are applicable in non-EU countries and special areas such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Réunion, Andorra, etc. and will always be borne by the client.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

It is important to note that the day you place the order does not count as a working day if you place your order after 10 am.

Please note that products must be customized and delivery times may vary.

If the purchase is made during a period of high demand (special promotions, Black Friday, Christmas, etc…) orders may be delayed by a few days.

Deliveries in the EU

Lead times for Stock orders are approximately 10 to 15 days.

Manufacturing orders require a longer process as they are not just customized on demand, but manufactured for you, allowing us to offer you a great price as it reduces our need for stock in the warehouse. The delivery time is 30 to 40 days.

These times include production and customization, as well as transit time.

Express delivery: production and express delivery can be realized. You must contact us to confirm whether it is possible to offer it for the destination and for the product you need.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

The price is calculated based on the GLS tariff. If you make a large purchase, you will benefit from a better rate because the rates do not increase with the size/weight of the shipment.
