2. Purpose of the Website

The purpose of this page is to offer products aimed at photography businesses, companies and individuals, both standard and customized. Each item includes an individual description with its characteristics.
Access to the site is free of charge, except for the connection cost which depends on the user’s internet service provider.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions implies the formalisation of a distance purchase contract, the terms of which are detailed below.

3. Pricing

All prices shown on the website include applicable taxes (VAT included) and are expressed in euros. We reserve the right to modify prices and product characteristics without prior notice, although the conditions in force at the time of purchase will be guaranteed.
Shipping costs are included in the final amount of the order unless otherwise stated.

4. Purchase Process

The customer can add products to the cart using the corresponding button. To complete the purchase, you must click “CHECKOUT”, review the order summary and provide your shipping and billing information.
Available payment methods include bank card, Bizum and bank transfer. PayPal is currently disabled.

5. Purchase Confirmation

Once the payment has been validated, the customer will receive the confirmation and the number of their order by email. This document will also be available upon request.
Payment confirmation may take time depending on the method chosen, especially if it is a bank transfer.

6. Payment Methods

  • Bank Card: We operate with accredited entities that guarantee security and confidentiality.

  • Bizum: Fast and secure payment system between individuals and businesses.

  • PayPal: Not currently available.
    In all cases, CORAZOOM only receives confirmation of payment, without accessing the user’s bank details.

7. Shipping and Deliveries

Shipments are handled by external courier companies. CORAZOOM is not responsible if the delivery cannot be made due to errors in the data provided or due to the absence of the recipient.
The delivery time is indicative and may vary due to external causes (festivities, strikes, etc.).
Delivery to places with restricted access such as hospitals or official buildings is not guaranteed.

For all personalised products, the delivery time is approximate.

8. Product Availability

Products are subject to stock availability. In the event that an order cannot be processed due to lack of stock, the amount paid will be fully refunded.

9. Right of Withdrawal

The customer can cancel their order within 14 calendar days of receipt. To do this, you must contact us and follow the return procedure.
Only the amount of the product will be refunded; Shipping costs are not included, except in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during transport (notify in maximum 3 days).

  • Wrong product (other than ordered).

  • In both cases, proof (photograph or return of the item) will be required.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

10. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been shipped.

11. Security

This site uses standard security measures, such as firewalls and data encryption, to protect personal information and prevent unauthorized access.

12. Links to third parties

The website may include links to third-party sites. CORAZOOM is not responsible for the content, updates, or privacy policies of such sites.

13. Intellectual Property

All the content of the site (code, design, texts, images, logos, etc.) is the property of AVAN NETWORK and is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights.
The user can view or print content only if:

  • It does not alter or modify the content.

  • You do not use it for commercial purposes.

  • Mention the source www.corazoom.com.

14. User’s Responsibility

The user undertakes to use the website in accordance with the law and these conditions, avoiding any action that may damage, disable or interfere with the normal functioning of the site.

15. Limitation of Liability

CORAZOOM is not responsible for:

  • Improper use of the website by users.

  • Opinions or comments issued by third parties.

  • External technical failures (power grid, server, etc.).

  • Contents on linked sites.

  • Presence of malware despite the security measures in place.

16. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms without notice. The modifications will be effective upon publication.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia, unless applicable European regulations (such as EU Regulation 524/2013) allow other routes.
